Current Spiritual & Health Practises 🌛Trying Kundalini & OM Chanting

Here are some of my current spiritual & health routine and practises, in particular, new things I am trying out such as Kundalini Yoga and OM Chanting.
Please note that every day can be so different for me, so today’s spiritual and health routine is not necessarily an everyday thing!

-Jackfruit & Sauteed Veggies // In a pan on low-medium heat with coconut oil, saute mushroom, leek, cherry tomatoes, zucchini and fresh garlic. Once lightly cooked, serve in a bowl with pre-marinated jackfruit, hemp seeds, flaxseed meal, spring onion and lemon juice. Yum! Alter the dish with whatever veggies you have in the fridge =)

I use a network called Gaia which I pay a monthly fee of $11.99. It has loads of documentaries, inspiring shows, guided meditations and breathing exercises and yoga/pilates instructor videos. it is amazing and I highly recommend it! I am not affiliated with them just really love it and always learn new things from the shows.

Kundalini yoga is a school of yoga that is influenced by Shaktism and Tantra schools of Hinduism. It focuses on awakening kundalini energy through regular practice of mantra, tantra, yantra, yoga or meditation.
Kundalini is an energy that exists in everyone’s body, usually in a dormant state. This means that most people never feel it and never know it is there. But in a very few people, perhaps one in one thousand, this energy becomes aroused, activated.

Chanting or listening OM in early morning hours encourages a feeling of Divine Bliss and balance for the rest of the day. It purifies your aura and improves your energy levels. I personally prefer listening to the chants at the moment but will eventually start chanting it myself. A seed of subconscious joy gets planted in the mind which grows into a plant of higher consciousness as the day progresses.
