In this video we’ll discuss spiritual grounding, and how to become more grounded. In life it is very easy to lose your head up in the clouds and lose your connection to earth and your grounding. By practising grounding exercises and learning how to have grounded energy and how to be present we can ensure that you are finding your center and remaining there throughout the day.
By learning how to be more grounded you will also learn how to feel great from day to day and how not to be swayed by external circumstances and the actions of others. Grounding allows us to act more appropriately and become more independent and self-sufficient, rather than simply being moved around by the sway of the tides of the events happening around us. So in this video I’ll discuss different grounding exercises you can use, and you will learn how to ground yourself.
