Tony Horton gives you 20 moves in 10 minutes with this killer ab workout. The moves are 30 seconds each, all you need is a mat, water, towel and some space on the floor! These ten minutes of intense core exercises will not only get your a flat stomach, but will help you to lose weight at the same time with this quick, intense and effective workout!

If you can’t do these moves, we also have modifications so you can do all of the moves. If you need a break, take a break by pushing pause, then come back and we’ll be here waiting for you!
