Hotel Room Hustle!- Full body, 10 minute, no equipment strength training.





This is a full body strength training routine that does not require touching the ground. All you need is the bed in your room. This workout is intended to NOT make you sweaty, so you can squeeze this in whenever you have time.

-running in place
-speed squats
-triceps dips
-rotating mountain climbers
-split side lunge
-single leg dead-lift to tuck
-chair bicycles and
-push-up to shoulder tap.
