This workout is one of my actual workouts I do on my glute heavy day. This is the day that I lift heavy and target my glutes to their maximum potential. This is the style of training I love to do!
I love to lift heavy, start with my compound movements and then add more high rep movements after to target my glutes from every angle for maximum results! This has gotten me to where I am because I found what works for me, my schedule, my body, and my goals! I stress to you all to be patient while figuring out the same for you.
