I have gained 5 inches on my 🍑 within 11 months while incorporating these exercises! Mind muscle connection is so important! So are your rest days and adequate protein intake. I perform most of the exercises until failure for 3-4 sets. You may or may not be able to sit down on your bum the next day 🤪 Who doesn’t love a good burn?!
