Final got this video edited! It took a bit longer than I expected but here are the step to step directions for making the keto pizza crust I created! This is literally the best low carb crust I have ever had! Being on a ketogenic diet doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all of your favorite foods! There is always a replacements as I like to say and fathead pizza crust is the common one most people use. I like that crust but would find myself adding things to it to make it better. This is the best version I have come up with. By replacing some of the cream cheese with Boursin cheese you get an amazing crust that almost tastes like focaccia bread! This is a very filling pizza and so one or two slices typically fills me up! This recipe makes to pizza crust and so if you only need one please cut all ingredients in half!

On your stovetop melt half a tablespoon of butter in a half quart pan
Turn the stove to a medium low heat
Once the butter starts to melt add two tablespoons of cream cheese and half a container of Boursin Cheese
Stir mixture to prevent burning
Once that begins to melt add 2 cups of cheddar cheese
Stir again to prevent burning
Once that begins to soften add in one cup of almond flour
Add to whole eggs after adding the almond flour
Begin to mix the mixture together, once started you can turn off the heat. It will take at least a minute to fully mix all the ingredients together.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit
Cut parchment paper to fit your baking or pizza stones
Place mixture onto the parchment paper
Fill a cup up with water and place it near your baking sheet
Dipping your fingers into the water move the dough around the baking sheet until it is about one quarter inch think, you can make it into any shape you want.
Place pizza crust in oven and bake for 12 minutes
Once done take out reduce the heat in your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and top with prefered toppings and then bake for an additional 9 minutes.
